Several of these figures are currently being reconciled against the Foundation's own project reports, which give different totals for some of them and sometimes count different things. They are shown here as published rather than quietly restated, and they will be updated with a stated counting method rather than replaced with another unexplained number.

Outcome evidence

These are outcomes — what changed after something was built. Full Form Four division distributions are published on each project page, for 4 schools across 8 examination years.

No improvement percentage is published anywhere on this site. ARF's reports quote several different figures for the same comparison, the candidate cohorts changed size between years, and a change that follows a hostel opening is not by itself proof the hostel caused it. The distributions are shown instead — including the school where results moved in both directions.

Where the work happens

Only projects with verified coordinates appear on the map. Where a location is known by district rather than by point, it is described in words instead of given an approximated pin.

The people behind the figures

How we measure

Outputs are counted from project records. Outcomes come from the schools and from published national examination results. Nothing on this page is a projection.

Where a figure is a stated intention rather than something delivered, the page it appears on says so. Where two ARF reports disagree, neither figure is adopted until the Foundation confirms which is correct.

Data notes

Outputs and outcomes are separate: A hostel built is an output. A change in examination results is an outcome. They are never summed.
No derived percentages: Examination distributions are published in full instead.
Historical figures are dated: Material from The Village Heart (2016) carries its year wherever it appears.
Some figures are under review: Where ARF’s reports disagree, the site publishes neither new figure until the Foundation confirms the method.
