African Reflections Foundation (ARF) is a registered non-governmental organisation based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

What we collect

This website stores only the information you choose to submit: contact messages (name, email, phone, message), newsletter sign-ups (name, email), volunteer applications and partnership inquiries. When online donations open, donation records will include the details needed to process and receipt your gift.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to respond to you, process your application or gift, and — only if you subscribed — send you updates. Information is not sold or shared for marketing.

Storage and access

Records are held in the Foundation's secured database with role-based access limited to authorised staff.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information the Foundation holds about you, and every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe option. Contact the office using the details on the Contact page.
